The PhD program at SNU Business School aims to systematically train highly qualified students to develop the ability to conduct world-class research and teaching. Graduates of the program have demonstrated outstanding achievements through active research and teaching in the global academic community.
In particular, the Strategy and International Management department fosters in-depth academic exploration grounded in fundamental theories related to organizational strategy and international business. The program typically takes five years to complete, with the first two years focused on coursework covering foundational theories of the field and essential research skills.
